Many people suffer from Daytime Insomnia. Yet, the condition doesn’t get the attention it should. And that’s surprising, given it’s a well-documented fact that Daytime Insomnia leads to an increase in levels of human activity, a phenomenon that gives rise to all kinds of problems.

Common causes for Daytime Insomnia include restful sleep at night, too much caffeine and too little boredom (which in office scenarios is often attributed to small PPTs and short conference calls). Workaholism and light lunches are less common causes.
